System Prompts

The quality of the results delivered by the LLM depends on the prompt used and the associated collection. Therefore, we have created some system prompts that you can use for your own daily work in various situations. Most system prompts are more general, for example, we have a prompt for creating contract texts of all kinds. This works well, but if, for example, you work in corporate law and need a specific corporate agreement, then you should preferably develop and use your own more specific prompt for this, along with a (your) specific collection where your corporate legal expertise is stored as a database and can be used by the LLM in processing.

You can view, use, and customize all system prompts provided by us to suit your needs. For example, change the instructions to the LLM model as desired and execute the prompt with the new instructions. Since these are system prompts that are accessible and usable by all PLAI users, you cannot save these changes for the future. If you want to change system prompts and save them for the future, you can create a new prompt and use the texts from the respective system prompt as a basis, then modify and save them as desired. Since it is now “your” prompt, you can save it for yourself and use it repeatedly.

Prompts created by you are only accessible to you and cannot be viewed by other users. Exception: You are part of a team that uses PLAI, for example, a company or organization. Check the “Share prompt with my organization” checkbox if you also consider your prompt useful for your team members and want to share it with them.
